Megan VanVelzel has been a member of Guardian’s team for the past six years. She is primarily responsible for managing disposition of all short sale and REO assets, while also handling property valuations and collection services. Prior to joining Guardian Capital Ms. VanVelzel assisted with loss mitigation and asset management duties at Bank of America and Loan Resolution Corporation. Megan holds a bachelor’s degree from the Arizona State University.
