Included is a “mega living room” complete with wide-screen TV, surround sound and couture furnishings; a Board Room with a dramatic fireplace and lighting plus a bar-height conference table; and “Club Emerald” – a trendy, private bar rivaling any on Chicago’s club scene. Finally, a state-of-the-art 1,500 square foot fitness center completes the facilities.

In addition, the Emerald features street retail that includes Starbucks, Fifth Third Bank, GameStop, Hair Cuttery, T-Mobile and more.
